I usually have a pencil within arm’s reach where ever I go.
You never know when an idea will magically come to thought.
My goal is to create products that elicit emotion, put a smile on your face and ultimately be functional.
I started my Art Career as an Illustrator for the toy and game industry. My specialty was airbrush. I loved it’s flawless surface rendering of forms. I worked on projects for companies like Parker Brothers, Hasbro, Disney. Illustrating things such as Monopoly logos, Sorry board and game covers, etc.
I then co-founded Jenny and Jeff Designs Inc., a studio known for innovative designs of coordinated products for the baby, kids, gifts and home furnishings industries. We teamed with manufacturing companies designing products for major national retailers as well as producing our own line.
Today I’ve combined over 15 years of that analog experience with the latest CAD software and digital rendering programs enabling me to explore new creations that were once just a thought.
My designs are guided by meticulous attention to curves, a strong color sensibility and the use of patterns and textures when needed.
I live in NYC where the creative spirit is abundant. Great design is where ever you place your focus - from some of the worlds best architecture to the manhole covers under one’s feet.
I am looking for new opportunities working with manufacturers, whether it be on project basis, licensing, or to be a member of your team.
